3 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW TO IMPROVE YOUR EATING HABITS
Over 33% of American adults are obese, and the percentage of obesity in America has increased by at least a 20% in the last 10 years. That’s a problem that we want to resolve but, how we can do it?

1.      Control the way of eating
It’s been found that eating fast or nervously is bad for your health and too many times makes you get fat easier than eating relaxed and without pressure.

2.      Have a Balanced diet
In America, it’s very common to see lots of places of fast food which when is used excessively make you fat. That’s why nutritionists always recommend having a variety of food in our diets.

3.      Respecting meal times
Have you ever open the fridge between meals just to pick something and not to be hungry? If your answer is yes you mustn’t do that again. It’s wrong because it alters your stomach and when you really need to eat you’re not hungry.
Personally, I believe that eating fast food or between meals is bad. But it doesn’t matter if you occasionally break the rules for a day to have fun with friends eating what you really want!
