Our favourite author

2nd ESO students (aged 12-13) have written short descriptions about writers. They have searched online for the information needed, following a webquest structure. Films and literature

Almost everybody likes films. Not everybody likes reading, but if you do, you have maybe watched a film based on a book you have read before. Here we'll show you some pieces of work made by 2nd ESO students which compare books and films which are based on them. Tell us if you have read/watched any of them.

Reviews

2nd ESO students have been really busy recently. They have been reading books, watching films and series, they have visited some restaurants, they have bought and listened to some CD's... In this post we are showing you some of the reviews they have written about different subjects and about what they think: if they were fascinating and thrilling or boring and sad. Have a look at what they have done and feel free to leave your comments. Maybe you'll agree with some of their opinions or maybe not. Who knows?

Literature in English

We obviously learn foreign languages by speaking but literature has helped people through ages and places, too. Literature in English (not only English literature but also American, African, Irish, Indian...) is a great example and 2nd year students have learned about different authors and their books.

Literature and cinema

Sometimes films are based on novels. Some novels are also based on films. 2nd year students have chosen some films and novels which can be either written or watched. Do you like any of them?
